make dough, grease bowl, put dough into greased bowl, 1-1+1/2 hour rise, punch down and shape (you can roll it out and spin it up like a cinnamon roll without the cutting), put in prepared pan for baking, let rise for 45 min-1 hour, put in oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-40 min, let rest outside of the pan for as long as you want.
If you want raisin bread, use raisins when you first make dough, then sprinkle cinnamon sugar mix when shaping the dough between rises. Bake the same as you normally would.
If you want garlic bread, make bread as normal then cut slices not all the way through (you want the sides and bottoms of the crust to be in tact while cooking) and put a butter, garlic, salt, pepper, (aptional) herb mix inside the cuts. Bake for another 10 minutes, rip off a slice and eat right away.
This bread is very soft, do not recommend as sandwich bread, do recommend as toast or other uses. It is a bit bland if you go by the normal measurements so depending on whether you want sweet or salty dough, adjust the salt and sugar to your liking.
