I made this with Bratwurst sausages (I’m in the US, hard to get a good sausage ) I used more butter than it stated as it was looking dry, may be down to the sausage.
The apple was a delicious touch. I par-boiled the potatoes before adding them to the roast pan.
Would make again, very simple dish.
