I baked it for about 10 minutes more than instructions said because it didn't look set (jiggly in the middle). Putting it in the fridge helped with that. Very good. Sweet, but not so rich as to be overpowering.

If you take it out when it's jiggly In the middle it's fine as it keeps cooking for a while, so leaving the middle to set results in it being over cooked.
