As directed, it was really good, but a bit bland. With our leftovers we sauteed mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and some sun-dried tomatoes. AMAZING!!! Even with the modifications/additions, it is still a super simple meal that will easily become a staple, go-to for a quick meal.
I did use a chickpea angle hair pasta that cooked in about 4 minutes (that was delicious), so that really helps for a quick meal. I also used extra lemon which really brightens it up.
