Made this tonight. Best baked chicken I've ever made! The notes about how long to cook the breast depending on how big it is was absolutely spot on. So flavourful (although I did add a bit of ground chili to give it a bit of a kick), I paired this with buttered rice seasoned with paprika and peas. Simple but so tasty!!
