Everyone raved about this rice!! The reviews on the original recipe were mixed, so I followed one suggestion to COVER the dish. I used plant based butter as one person in my group can’t have dairy. I was generous with the garlic (good sized cloves!). I think it took a bit longer but I was making other items so I just kept an eye on it when I was checking on other items (put it in a glass dish so you can easily see if it’s “set”’. No one even added anything at the table….and my husband always thinks he rice needs soy sauce (not this time!).
