SLOW COOKER. Softened 1 x onion chopped until almost golden then added coriander and mustard seeds to oil for 1 minute until coriander started cracking. Added all other ingredients (900 ml veg stock) except fish and rice, stirred until boiling. Poured into Crock Pot slow cooker, added rice then fish in a single layer and cooked on Soup setting, < 1 kg, half full. Added peas and broke fish into chunks for last 15 minutes.
