So yummy! I always worry about having dry cookies, but these are nice and soft with the right amount of crisp around the edges. I didn’t have white sugar so used raw cane sugar instead and they came out really nice. Guittard milk chocolate baking chips for nice big chunks of chocolate. They really do look like they’re still raw when you take them out of the oven
but they cool into cookie perfection.
