The idea of adding tahini to coffee is one of the best I've tried until now. I used a cookies and cream ice cream, because that's what I had on hand. The shake was excellent. I wouldn't coat the glass again though. It did look beautiful, but now I have to clean it - not one of those people who scrape the walls of a glass for hours after finishing a smoothie; can't imagine what the steel straw would do to the glass. And it feels like a waste of time and ingredients. Rimming it would make sense, though - with some drips for *aesthetics*?! Will definitely make again, I need to finish the ice cream - yes, I never eat ice cream on it's own; can't wait for it to soften enough to scoop out, and can't live without it either. I am in camp bend-the-spoon.
