Fry 2x chopped onions, celery and 3x garlic crushed. Once sweated add spices (paprika, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, oregano, cumin & bay leaf), seasoning and balsamic vinegar. Mix to combine then add orzo, tomatoes, beans and water. Bring to boil then transfer to baking dish, cover with foil and pop in oven for 25 mins
