Pat chicken breast dry
Sprinkle both sides with black pepper and a bit of cayenne pepper
Add 1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth to Instant Pot
Place chicken breasts on wire rack, place lid on instant pot, lock it, and cook on high for 8-9 mins (depending on thickness of chicken), natural release.
Coarsely chop jalapeños, about 1/2" - 1". Steam on stove for a couple minutes until just barely softened
Add cayenne to taste to paprika, pepper, etc. to be added to chicken
