Used golden potatoes since that's what I had. Love the combination of all the ingredients. Has with fish nuggets for dinner. Can easily see this as a lunch option. Also toasted the pecans does make a difference. Will make again. Did worry about kale since we didn't exactly massage it, but was still fine.
