Loved it. Very tasty sauce, fish and potatoes cooked perfectly (guessed at low to med)
Only irk was that for the salmon and spinach there's no temperatures. I guessed, over cooked the spinach and got the Salmon right.
The veg tines are a bit off as mine were very crunchy but that's likely personal preference. Will still be making this again.
