Overall excellent. Yorkshire pudding is good. Could sub potatoes.
Cooked on Big Green Egg w/diffuser for 350 deg F portion (in oven for 450 deg portion); used drip pan w/16 oz wine. Fabulous. Took about 2 hours total on grill + 20 minutes in foil.
