Used garlic and oil/butter at every step and I didn't wipe out the pan after every step. I used red, yellow, and purple potatoes, and both sausage and some leftover kielbasa for this dish. I think in future, I will add a little more stock with a bit of flour to create a kind-of veloute so there is a flavor bringing everything together! If everything is pre-prepped, or if youve made this a bunch, this is easily under 30 minutes to make! I like spice, but I might go easy on the red pepper flakes next time since the oil at the beginning coats everything with spice and the sausage I used has a good kick to it already!
