Fantastic!! I didn't have bay leaves but with the chicken and potatoes added fesh rosemary, thyme, oregano, creeping savory, taragon, and sage. For fresh herbs after venting I added Italian parsley, chives, spicy globe basil, and lemon verbena for a hint of citrus.
I hesitantly added the garlic after venting (I've always added at the start of cooking) and have no regrets. I served it with crisp bacon bits, a dallop of sour cream and a sprinkle of cheese. Wonderful recipe! Tonight I'm going to try it with some broccoli in addition to the other veggies. Can't wait to try other variations!
