These were so delicious. I used quick cooking oats instead of bread crumbs, nutritional yeast instead of parmesan and ground pork and ground pork sausage rather than beef. I also used a cookie scoop to divvy them up so they were smaller than 1/4 c but still took just as long to cook. I think next time I will try to grate the veggies a bit smaller but they were super yummy. We popped them into the air fryer and really liked how those turned out. My 10 month old ate three of them in addition to his other food.
