Okay so, don't go into this expecting Nutella flavor. It's sooo much better. Mine almost taste like a mildly sweet brownie batter. I used almond butter, 100% maple syrup, vanilla extract, vanilla almond milk, café bustelo espresso instant coffee, Ghirardelli 100% Dutch process cocoa, kosher salt ....
