Made the recipe as written using the exact same ingredients as written. Disaster on a sheet pan. They didn't spread even after banging on the counter as suggested. They were "doughy" and uncooked in the center. We have a gas stove and baked as directed. They smelled delicious but the size recommended for the cookies is not quite the perfect ratio to get the cookies to look like the picture. Mine were not good at all.
