The recipe says nothing about oven temp or baking time. I used 350F for about 20 minutes.
Also, be sure to include the time it takes to make the sauce and cook the pasta, because this takes much longer than the recipe indicates. Give yourself a good hour for start to finish.
(edit) Also, the filling was quite bland for our taste. Don't shy away from salt and pepper. If you eat cheese, some Parmesan would also be lovely, as would some mozzarella. We added Parmesan on top when we served it.
