Made these along with Pico de Gallo and guacamole I found on Whisk as well.
Also added a dollop of sour cream and served with tortilla chips.
Was a perfect combo.
Do not omit the vinegar (mentioned amount is perfect) and make sure to marinate long enough as this will really tenderize the meat.
First time using street tacos. Never wanted to because of how small they are and what I always fill my tacos with. Even with the large ones I am always very capable of making quite a mess 🤷🏼♀️
I did use the really small ones this time. Let's just say I was glad we did not have any guests...
