The family lost their minds over this one!
First, I cooked chicken breasts in a stainless steel pan. Next, I removed the chicken breasts from the pan and set them aside to rest. Afterwards, I made this recipe in the same pan so it soaked up all that flavory goodness.
Finally, I tossed in some fresh spinach, then topped with juicy (sliced) chicken breasts.
Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.
