I couldn’t find ground lamb in my local grocery store, so ended up using ground pork instead.
This was tasty and the dough was pretty easy to make compared to some other I’ve tried. It was a bit too cumin-forward for my palette though, so I would add a little less next time.
I’d suggest mixing all the filling ingredients together (including the parsley, tomato, mint, etc.) before assembling the Gozlemes to make sure everything is evenly dispersed.
