So I first made this about 3mos back for my husband and I just made it again today.
I'll be honest I used canned chicken that was already shredded and drained it and I had to make my own pastry dough so it probably didn't turn out exactly how it should've, but he had said it was too spicy with just the peri-peri, so I made three different ones, the original, one mixing honey and bbq, and then also a sweet and sour one.
They turned out good, I didn't know what to make with it so I just made him his favorite butter which is a replica of Texas Roadhouse butter.
It can be a little messy to make, but I make my own dough so that's probably why. All together it takes me about an hour in the kitchen, I cook it at the temperature it says here and for the same amount of time, just leave it sitting for a little bit otherwise being so warm it'll fall apart.
