It tasted like toasted marshmallow because of the flour. Next time I'll turn down the temperature when I toast the four. I let the flour cool before I added it to the rest of the mix and it was too runny so I added a few more large pinches of flour. The taste was also missing something so I added a little salt and vanilla extract. Tasted pretty good once I spruced it up a bit.
