Mine was a little too "tomatoey" for my liking but other than that it was great! I would definitely make it again with just a little less tomato sauce. I added parsleys for effect and adobo.

Instead of tomato paste try the tomato base in the Hispanic food section. That will make it more like restaurant style rice. Especially if you use the chicken flavored tomato base.
