My go to taco meat! I add a pinch of sugar and a little water and simmer covered on low for 15 or 20 minutes adding more water as needed. I like to grill onions and jalepenos well done to add later to whatever im making the taco meat for. Update: I have tweeked this so that instead of 1 TBS chili powder, I use 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp guajillo powder and 1 tsp ancho powder.
