This is a great sub for scrambled eggs; I often make it as part of a cooked breakfast and the sauce in this recipe is especially nice! My Omni family members also enjoy eating this with me. If I have it, I add some vegan cream cheese to the sauce as this melts into the tofu when it hits the pan and makes it a little creamier. It doesn't really taste like mild, silky scrambled eggs; it's more of a strong, savoury, garlicky flavour. Tasty!
