An old family favorite. My mother died last year and I made these to “honor” her (she was an amazing cook!). They came out delicious. My father said they were as good as hers. Pretty easy. The syrup took way longer than I thought. My father said this could be because honeys vary in thickness and moisture content. Freeze well, but once at room temperature, they are very sticky.
