Sorry for such a delayed response! I add Nutritional Yeast at the end, but there’s no harm in adding during the cooking process. I love the flavor of Nutritional Yeast but am very mindful of the sodium content-adding after the soup is cooked allows me to adjust the quantity for flavor.
