It tasted amazing and was moist, but the amount of crumb topping to loaf was not a good ratio, in my opinion. I also think there was too much batter for the loaf pan. I'm sure it's just me making mistakes though. Next time I make it I will make less crumb topping or divide the batter into two loaves.
