Perfectly done and melt in your mouth tender! I just sous vide it straight from the freezer bag so didn't add any herbs or anything. I did sear it and added some herbs/onions/garlic to the pan sauce.
Definitely smoked up the house while searing though, the notes in the recipe were accurate. 🤣
