Not bad. I still like it better braised. For being a healthier option it was pretty good. My first batch I followed the recipe, substituting crushed garlic cloves for the powder.
For my second batch, I broke out my masala dabba and went HAM. It was purely experimental and I didn’t measure anything, but it was my favorite of the two batches.
Can’t say I’ll never make it again bc it’s simple AF and I get stuck with extra cabbage all the time, but like I said, it’s way better braised.
