So I'm dumb, thought a hand mixer = hand blender. Idk what a hand blender is, but folks, dont use a hand mixer. Just put it all in a blender, blend it that way 😅😂
Other than that, it was great. I swapped bell peppers out for poblanos since my wife is allergic, just used chili powder, salt and pepper for seasoning.
