Very tasty. An indulgent special breakfast treat. The prep was demanding though. Lots to do- butter to melt, soften, etc. It's not a straightforward dish but not difficult just time consuming. Result was delicious though. Keep an eye on them in the oven. I had at lower temp and for last amount of time but didn't check them (busy Christmas Eve morning) and turned out darker than I'd have liked.
