Turned out great. Used 500g flour and 300ml water, as recommended. Used stand mixer and kneaded them for much longer than recommend. Didn't have time to shape them after deflating them after 10 min wait so they rose again. Poached in simmering water (added brown sugar to the water), baked as instructed. They are awesome. Wanted a smaller hole in the middle because I love using them for sandwiches.
