I tried this recipe twice and neither turned out. They did rise both tomes but the end result was nothing like the video. What went wrong?

I buttered the 1 qt bowls really well ! I believe you are using to big of a bowl from your photo!

Did you use instant yeast or active dry? If it's not instant you have to activate it first. Did you make sure to start it at the higher temp and then turn it down?
