Really enjoyed this. Served with egg noodles as that's what had three generous portions. If there are four of you I'd suggest a side as well. The heathens I lived with smothered it in bloody BBQ sauce....don't know what I bother sometimes! Would be nice batch cooked to go with salads or wrapped in cooked cabbage leaves.
