This is truly a recipe you can experiment with! We’re going to continue making changes but so far, we’ve loved substituting ground turkey in, adding grated carrot along with the zucchini, seasoning the turkey while it’s cooking and again when we toss in the broth and milk, using shredded sharp cheddar (quality matters) and using smaller noodles. Next time, we’ll double the ketchup and simmer at the end at a lower temp. Perhaps add more broth and milk to create more cream. Don’t skip out on the parsley!
