Yummy. Cooked it in my Dutch oven. Added more of the seasonings, corn, salsa and 1lb of Turkey (instead of 1/2lb). Used Harmony Quinoa. Came out great! Had some leftovers for breakfast with fresh avocado & queso fresco 🙂
