It was so good it didn’t last 2 days. After everyone ate the first batch. I made it again the next day. The oven time varied. I have a clear loaf pan. I had it on 350 after the 55 mins I took it out was still raw in the middle but cooked on the edges. It cooked for a total 65 mins. The second time I only filled the loaf pan to the middle— it didn’t rise the way the 1st one did but was cooked in the 55-60 min range. Overall good taste, pretty easy, the second batch I added just a dab of yellow food coloring & the zest of a orange added to the lemon zest… it was pretty bomb. Def would make for a 3rd time.
