Added mushrooms and they were perfect! The recipe ingredients and instructions don't exactly match, specifically black beans; put in a can of black beans additional to the paste/sauce, 2TBSP low sodium soy sauce since there was not a measurement, and it was delish! Salt to taste really isn't necessary with everything else that is salty in it. Just as easily could have enjoyed this without the pork, easy to make vegan. Basil is a must!!! Drizzled with Sriracha on our own for individualized extra spice.
