So-so. Will definitely try it again. Had with sweet cornbread in it which saved it. Otherwise, A little bland. I used kidney beans and feel like the skin is a little tough (might be my fault?). I did not use any meat… maybe that is why it did not have much flavor compared to a soup with broth in it??

Andouille sausage adds a lot of flavor and heat. If you can't find it or want something milder, a good smoked sausage or kielbasa makes a great pot of beans.
