Delicious! The children loved it too and they are always suspicious if pasta is not tomato-colour 💯 Measures were a rough guess for 1/4 of recipe but still came out great. Easy to adjust ie more cream/stock/cajun to taste. Didn’t use heavy cream either, just double.
