My family was surprised at how much they liked this recipe, even the picky kids. We went simple and just used the pre-mixed, frozen stir fry veggies from Walmart. We also added water chestnuts and fresh mushrooms. We made a few packs of ramen noodle soup, drained completely and then mixed it in at the end, it was amazing and added a great texture. I found a stirfry sauce at the store and we added extra on top as needed. I think this recipe is keeper:)
