Just fine? Should I try it or pass?

Well I think it was a bit bland, but then I left out the chilli and basil due to fussy children. So that's probably why! Yeah give it a shot. It's very easy to do, and I liked the fact that you cook the pasta in stock for an extra pop of flavour. Oh I also replaced the cream cheese with Greek yogurt, as I didn't have any - it would worked fine, though you could taste a little bit of acidity from the yogurt.

yoh how did you get yours to be so creamy?

Can't remember at this distance! Probably the Greek yogurt and too much cheese :)
