Absolutely delicious! I thought the amount of salt was a lot when I was making the sauce, but later when it went onto the pizza it was just perfect. I bought the fanciest tin of peeled plum tomatoes available in the Co-op, this is a must because they're the star of the recipe and you don't want a watery sauce.
