Great recipe! Switched it up a bit by not letting it dry out. Added ~2TBS water to retain moisture. Added half the amount of garlic and onion to the raw beef and the other half midway through cooking the meat to taste two different stages of the cooked garlic and onion. Replaced the plum extract for the apricot jam and it was a great alternative! Also added Sriracha and made it a sweet and spicy combo. 5/5 due to how tastey, quick, and easy it is to make!
