This was great! Husband put it on tortillas, I put it in lettuce wraps and we both had some on the side on its own. I don't know that salsa was needed, but fresh cilantro definitely brightens it up. Will definitely make this again and next time will use the whole pound of turkey... because it's always sold in a pound and more meat can't be a bad thing.
