Used this as a reference to make a mandarin orange and cardamom version. Used orange blossom water for the bottom yogurt layer (+vanilla). Added cardamom (1/2 tsp I think?) (+vanilla) to top yogurt layer. Top gelatin layer - vanilla, orange blossom water, brown sugar instead of white. Note that trying to adjust flavors by tasting is difficult- warm gelatin has a very strong agar smell/taste and yogurt flavor is prominent in bottom layers (final product has v little yogurt taste!)
